These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and 716 Wing Index (“we,” “us”) governing your use of the 716 Wing Index app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use 716 Wing Index. The app contains user-generated content and is intended for a mature audience.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others.
“User content” means reviews, ratings, comments, photos, deals, usernames, and anything else you submit. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the app to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to share it.

You can report any review, photo, or user, and block users so you no longer see their content. We review reports and act on violations by removing content and/or ejecting the responsible user, generally within 24 hours. We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion to enforce these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, disrupting it, scraping data, or interfering with other users.
Ratings, hours, prices, and deals are community-submitted or drawn from third-party sources and may be inaccurate or out of date. Verify details directly with a restaurant before relying on them. We are not affiliated with the restaurants listed.
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → “Delete account”). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 716 Wing Index will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard Apple EULA). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
